Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in advance for all scheduled services.
For ongoing or hourly work, payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited time, depending on the situation.
Refunds are not offered for reserved time.
However, I understand that true emergencies happen, and flexibility may be provided at my discretion.
